තර්ස්ටන් විද්‍යාලයේ 11 වන ශ්‍රේණියේ ඉගෙනුම ලබන පසිඳු මානවඩු ශිෂ්‍යා විසින් කුරුණෑගල මලියදේව විද්‍යාලයීය මාධ්‍ය ඒකකය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද ‘කුංචනාද 2021’ සමස්ත ලංකා මාර්‍ගගත තරගාවලියේ 'සිංහල හඬකැවීම් අංශය - අන්තර් මධ්‍යම' කාණ්ඩයේ ප්‍රථම ස්ථානය දිනාගැනීමට සමත් වී තිබේ.

Pasindu Manawadu, a Grade 11 student of Thurstan College, Kurunegala has won the first place in the 'Sinhala Dubbing Intermediate' category at the 'Kunchanada 2021' All Island Online Competition organized by the Media Unit of Maliyadeva College, Kurunegala.
